haha I feel like you could probably draft some sleeves to work with it, especially ones that feature the same tie detail as the side seam. That's the beauty of making your own clothes!

I would happily buy if it came with sleeves. At 73 I no longer wear tanks.

also, looking at the pattern description, it already features cap sleeves, so you could hack those and make them closer to a short sleeve length
